The Heritage Bay CDD (District) consists of approximately 687.33 acres of land located wholly with in unincorporated Collier County, Florida and lying in portion Sections 13, 23 and 24, Township 48, South, Range 26 East. In addition, the District is located within the approved Planned. Unit Development (PUD) and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) known as Heritage Bay (Heritage Bay DRI). The Heritage Bay DRI is a planned mixed-use community consisting of approximately 2,562 acres lying East of Interstate 75 on Immokalee Road (County Road 846) as shown Exhibit 1. A sketch and metes and bounds legal description of the boundaries of the District is provided.
